When you have found a time that suits you, complete the booking by filling in your details. (Make sure you get to the page that says “Booking Complete”)
**CANCELLATION POLICY: Please be aware that if you cancel your appointment within 12 hours of the scheduled appointment, you may be required to pay 50% of the appointment fee. This also applies to missed appointments.
Please arrive 10 minutes early if you are a new patient to fill out paperwork.

My treatment room is located inside 46 Angove Street, on the first floor, Suite 5. I am next door to the North Perth Physiotherapy.
There is abundant street parking in the area. Please factor in time to find parking (also enough time to fill in you initial health history form if it is your first appointment) before your treatment, so please arrive 10 mins early.
